PALS (Peer Assistance Leadership Service)
PALS PEER MENTOR 2 hrs/wk, 50 wks/yr 11th-present
● Participate in Peer Assistance Leadership Service program to foster positive peer relationships, build leadership skills,
and support students' academic and social-emotional well-being
● Assist assigned elementary student, teaching life skills, communication, time management, and creative thinking
● Taught middle school English as a Second Language (ESL) class, communicating through activities and games
NATIONAL CHARITY LEAGUE (NCL)
1.5 hrs/wk, 12 wks/yr 11th-present
● Serve as VP of Culture, working with executive team to plan topics for each meeting, ensuring that we nurture a culture of diversity and inclusion while promoting our traditions and values
● Served as Hospitality Chair, setting up events, greeted and checked in people, ensured meetings ran smoothly (11th)
● Volunteered over 50 hours for NCL activities
WORKING WITH KIDS THROUGH DANCE
NANNY & INDEPENDENT BABYSITTER
5-8 hrs/wk, 44 wks/yr 2021-present
● Work with twenty different families annually, including nannying for a specific family for a year, drive kids to extracurriculars, babysit them, help with homework, cook meals, and run errands for families, CPR-certified
